Do I need a permit?
Most interior works need an electronic notification or a minor-works approval. We guide you together with an engineer.
Can I stay at home?
For small jobs, yes; for a full renovation, usually not — for safety and so the work can move faster.
What if something unexpected comes up?
We let you know straight away, with photos and a written proposal, before doing any extra work.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes, warranty terms are stated in the contract ([...]).
