My approach
Therapy is not about ready-made advice. Within a steady therapeutic relationship we work out what is weighing on you and how it can change.
I work with adults and couples, with respect for each person’s story. My therapeutic orientation, training and supervision will be described here ([...]).
Sessions usually last 50 minutes, once a week. We decide together how often we meet and for how long.

Areas of work
What I can help with.
01Anxiety & panic attacks
We look at what triggers your anxiety and find ways to manage it in everyday life.
02Low mood & depression
When tiredness, sadness or a sense that nothing matters won’t lift, therapy helps you understand it and find your strength again.
03Relationships & couples
Communication, conflict, trust, separation — on your own or as a couple.
04Grief & loss
Support through grief, taking the time each person needs.
05Self-esteem & identity
How we see ourselves, and how that shapes the choices we make.
06Burnout
When work takes over everything: boundaries, rest and balance.

Questions
Questions I’m often asked.
How do I know if I need therapy?
You don’t need a “serious problem”. If something keeps troubling you, or you notice the same patterns repeating, it is worth a conversation.
Is online therapy as effective?
For many people, yes. We can talk about which format suits you best.
What about confidentiality?
What we discuss stays between us. The only exceptions are those set out in law to protect someone’s life.
What if I’m in crisis right now?
The contact form is not for emergencies. Call 112 or the 1018 suicide prevention helpline, which is open 24 hours a day.
